On October 27, 2019, MCPHS’s journalism club, The Cardinal Chronicles, traveled to Marion Manor in South Boston to help out at their Halloween Celebration. Marion Manor is a skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center. Members of the The Cardinal Chronicles dressed up in Halloween costumes and socialized with the residents while the residents passed out candy to trick-or-treaters who stopped by. The members of The Cardinal Chronicles had an amazing time getting to know the residences of Marion Manor and they had a great time celebrating Halloween. Good job to the members of The Cardinal Chronicles for going out into the community and making a difference among Boston’s senior community. MCPHS is proud to have such amazing clubs and organizations who give back to the community!
